A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I am a qualified HR consultant and coach, based in Ashtead, helping businesses in Surrey develop their HR knowledge, in turn benefiting their workforce and saving the whole organisation time and money.
I love working with medium-sized businesses, charities and schools in Surrey but my background is actually in FTSE100 companies – I’ve worked in senior roles in both Sainsburys Supermarkets and Johnson Matthey.
I left the corporate world behind back in 2017 – I wanted to use my expertise to help others avoid the pitfalls associated with HR and save companies money by empowering them to help themselves. Since setting up my consultancy, I have worked with a variety of small and medium businesses, including charities and the education sector. I have coached individuals looking to make changes within their career and senior managers looking to achieve business objectives.
I have a solid work ethic and a fun and engaging work style. I’m committed to collaborating with others and achieving measurable results.

• CIPD qualified with an MA in Employment Law & Employee Relations
• CIPD Advanced Certificate in Reward Management
• AoEC (Academy of Executive Coaching) qualified
• Certified to use psychometric tools including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and II, Strengthscope, and Pystech International
